When you explore a property purchase, DPI may ask for your salary, debts, available cash, property price, rent, mortgage and ownership expenses. Those are personal financial details. You should know how this calculator handles them.

How this Property Advisor handles information

The financial calculations run in your browser. Your entered financial values are calculated in your browser and are not automatically transmitted to the DPI website.
At publication, the Property Advisor does not intentionally save the figures you enter in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage, and does not include a built-in analytics script. We recommend closing the tab on a shared device.
Your figures may remain visible while this page is open, and browser features such as back-forward navigation, screenshots or autofill can preserve information on your own device. Close the tab on a shared device.
We do not ask you to enter bank passwords, card numbers, Emirates ID or other identification documents.
